Not sure you like brussels sprouts, try these.
- Cut the ends off the brussels sprouts, then finely chop, until they are all shredded.
- In a large pan, saute' brussels sprouts in 1 -2 Tbsp Olive Oil, until slightly wilted, about 3 - 5 mins.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Add pecans, dried cranberries, remainder of Olive Oil, and Balsamic. Toss to coat.
- Salt & pepper to taste.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
