Ingredients
- 6 medium red potatoes, quartered, skin left on
- 3 Tbsp Jalapeno Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Black or White Truffle Oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp half & half
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Boil potatoes in salted water for about 20 to 25 mins, or until tender.
- Drain well.
- Add oils, half & half, garlic, pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
- Mash potatoes until smooth.
