Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp 18 yr Balsamic
2 Tbsp Basil Olive Oil
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp fresh thyme
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

In a large resealable bag, combine the balsamic, basil olive oil, garlic and thyme. Add the chicken to the marinade, mix well, so chicken is coated.
Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill on medium high heat for 6 to 10 mins per side, or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
