- In a large resealable bag, combine the balsamic, basil olive oil, garlic and thyme. Add the chicken to the marinade, mix well, so chicken is coated.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill on medium high heat for 6 to 10 mins per side, or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
