Appetizer without the guilt!
- In a bowl, toss together the tomatoes, basil, parmesan cheese, and garlic. Mix in the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt & pepper.
- Slice french bread, lay them out on a cookie sheet, then brush bread with olive oil.
- Put bread under broiler for a few mins, till lightly brown.
- Serve tomato mixture over bread.
