Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Blanch the asparagus in lightly salted boiling water for approx. 3 mins. or until crisp-tender.
  2. Remove from heat and refresh under cold water; drain well.
  3. Toss asparagus with just enough olive oil to lightly coat.
  4. Sprinkle course salt & pepper on top.
  5. Drizzle balsamic over it.
  6. Use a vegetable peeler to shave curls of parmigiano on top.
