- Slice french bread, lay them out on a cookie sheet, then brush bread with olive oil.
- In a preheated 350º oven, toast the bread for about 5 minutes.
- Top each slice of bread with a slice of brie.
- Return to oven, until cheese has melted.
- Top with apple slices.
- In a small pan, heat the balsamic for about 1-2 minutes, or until it starts to thicken.
- Drizzle the balsamic on top of apples.
