Healthier Waldorf Salad!

Ingredients

  • 2 red apples, like Red Delicious, Gala, or Honeycrisp, cored & diced
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, cored & diced
  • 2 stalks, celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp Roasted Walnut Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Toss together the apples, celery, dried cranberries, in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the walnut oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss the apples with the dressing to serve.
