Instructions
- Place sliced red onion in a bowl and pour 1 Tablespoon Balsamic on top. Stir to lightly pickle the onion.
- Combine cabbage, carrots, peanuts, chopped herbs and chicken in a bowl. Add onions to the salad.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together Balsamic, Olive Oil, fish sauce, and sriracha.
- Toss salad with dressing and serve.
