Bring me to the barbecue!



  1. Slice cucumbers in half lengthwise, then scoop out the seeds. Slice the cucumbers into 1/4" thick half moons and place in a colander.
  2. Sprinkle the cucumbers with kosher salt and let rest for 30 minutes.
  3. After 30 minutes, rinse cucumbers and pour them onto a clean towel. Squeeze the excess moisture from the cucumbers and pout them into a serving bowl.
  4. Thinly slice the green onions on the bias and add to cucumbers.
  5. Toss vegetables with Oil and Balsamic. Adjust seasoning with extra salt and pepper if desired.
