Not sure you like brussels sprouts, try these.



  1. Cut the ends off the brussels sprouts, then finely chop, until they are all shredded.
  2. In a large pan, saute' brussels sprouts in 1 -2 Tbsp Olive Oil, until slightly wilted, about 3 - 5 mins.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  4. Add pecans, dried cranberries, remainder of Olive Oil, and Balsamic. Toss to coat.
  5. Salt & pepper to taste.
  6. Serve warm or at room temperature.
