Ingredients
- 1 - 19 oz jar roasted red bell peppers, drained
- ¼ cup Pizzaiolo Olive Oil
- ¼ cup 18 year Balsamic
- ½ cup roasted almonds
- 3 Tbsp Italian bread crumbs
- 3 cloves garlic
- salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth, about 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
- Use as a dip for raw vegetables, spread over roasted vegetables, or serve atop grilled vegetables and meat.
