Delish Dish!


  • 2 Tablespoons Butter Olive Oil (or Ginger Olive Oil)
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon grated ginger
  • 3 1/2 Cups mixed vegetables (peas, edamame, carrots, bean sprouts, corn, mushrooms)
  • 1 Cup chopped kimchi
  • 3 Cups rice or riced cauliflower
  • 2 Tablespoons Black Garlic Balsamic
  • 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 6 green onions, sliced thin
  • Possible garnishes: sesame seeds, sesame oil, sriracha


  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger; saute until fragrant.
  2. Add vegetables, kimchi, rice, and balsamic.
  3. Stir-fry until warm throughout and rice begins to crisp.
  4. Add soy sauce and stir well.
  5. Push rice to the side and add the eggs. Scramble to cook, then mix into the rice.
  6. Top with green onions and serve.
  7. Consider topping with sesame seeds, sesame oil, or sriracha.
