A cool sipper for warm days!


  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 2 Tablespoons Balsamic: try Strawberry or Pineapple
  • 1/2 Cup granulated sugar
  • 1 Cup diced strawberries
  • 2 green tea bags
  • 2 quarts boiling water


  1. Combine 1/2 Cup water, balsamic, sugar, and strawberries in a medium saucepan. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring often to dissolve the sugar. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
  2. Steep tea bags in boiling water, then cool to room temperature.
  3. Strain the cooled shrub into the tea; stir to combine.
  4. Pour into glasses with ice. Garnish with fresh fruit.
