Your classic summer dessert with a twist!



  1. Slice strawberries, and put in a bowl. Add 2 Tbsp chocolate balsamic, and 1 Tbsp orange olive oil to the strawberries, and let marinate for about 30 mins.
  2. Slice angel food cake into slices of desired size.
  3. Brush both sides with orange olive oil.
  4. Grill for about 20 seconds per side, this can be done either on a grill or in a pan on the stove.
  5. To serve, top grilled angel food cake with strawberries and whipped cream.
