Easy, with amazing flavor!



  1. In a bowl, add the olive oil, balsamic, dijon mustard, oregano, thyme, salt & pepper. Whisk together.
  2. Put the chicken in a large resealable bag, pour the marinade over it.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill on medium high heat for 4 to 6 mins per side, or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
