Roasted potatoes, alive with flavor!
- Preheat oven to 425º.
- In a 9”x13” pan, spray cooking spray.
- Spread the potatoes out, in the pan.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes, followed by the thyme, salt & pepper. Toss to coat.
- Bake for 40 minutes, or until they are tender and golden brown.
- Drizzle the balsamic over the potatoes, toss to coat. Bake another 5 minutes.
