Instructions
- In a stand mixer, combine flour, yeast, salt, water, seasoning, and 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil. Stir well with the paddle, then switch to the dough hook. Knead for 7 minutes on medium speed. Cover the bowl with a plastic bag and let rise for 2 hours.
- Prepare a 9-inch square pan with a wide parchment sling that overhangs two sides. Spread 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil over the parchment and along the sides and corners of the pan.
- Flip dough into the pan. Use wet hands to add dimples. Drizzle 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil over the bread. Cover the pan with a plastic bag and allow to rise for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 475.
- Add extra dimples and top the bread with flaky salt or other decoration. Bake 18 minutes, until the bread is golden. Remove pan from oven and turn the oven off.
- Release bread from the pan and remove the parchment sling. Return bread to oven for 5 minutes to crisp up the sides.
- Serve warm.
