Festive for the holidays, and simple enough for weeknights!
Instructions
- Separate the red onion pieces into a small bowl, and mix in the balsamic. Let sit.
- Make the bonus topping: heat 2 tsp Olive Oil in a large skillet. Add panko breadcrumbs, and let toast. Stir occasionally, and remove to a bowl when ready.
- Heat 1 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil in the skillet, then add green beans, salt and pepper. Cook about 10 minutes, tossing a few times to allow the beans to brown in spots.
- Once cooked, turn off the heat and stir in the onions and balsamic.
- Serve topped with breadcrumbs.
