- Place beef roast in slow cooker, then season with rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Pour over the top, the Fig or '18 yr' Balsamic, beef broth, and soy sauce.
- Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
- Pull the roast apart with two forks, then let it cook another 15-30mins.
- Remove the roast to a serving bowl and drizzle with the Mushroom and Sage olive oil on top, as a finishing oil.
