Melt in your mouth!



  1. Place beef roast in slow cooker, then season with rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, and pepper.
  2. Pour over the top, the Fig or '18 yr' Balsamic, beef broth, and soy sauce.
  3. Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
  4. Pull the roast apart with two forks, then let it cook another 15-30mins.
  5. Remove the roast to a serving bowl and drizzle with the Mushroom and Sage olive oil on top, as a finishing oil.
