- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray. Place brussels sprouts, apple, and pecans on baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic, salt and pepper.
- Pour over brussels sprouts and apple.
- Toss well to coat.
- Roast about 25-30 mins. Stir halfway through cooking.
