Roasted potatoes, alive with flavor!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425º.
  2. In a 9”x13” pan, spray cooking spray.
  3. Spread the potatoes out, in the pan.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes, followed by the oregano, salt & pepper. Toss to coat.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes, or until they are tender and golden brown.
  6. Drizzle the balsamic over the potatoes, toss to coat. Bake another 5 minutes.
