Instructions
- Cut squash into 4 rings; discard seeds.
- Arrange rings in a single layer on a non-stick cookie sheet.
- Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
- Bake, foil covered, 40 mins at 350 degrees.
- In a saucepan combine brown sugar, balsamic, olive oil, and nutmeg. Cook and stir 2-3 mins, till it starts to thicken.
- Spoon over squash.
- Bake, uncovered, 10 mins or till tender.
