Instructions
- Cut the sausages into 1 inch chunks and brown them in a large, deep skillet.
- Remove the sausages, then add olive oil, onion and ground beef. Cook on medium-high heat until the beef is browned.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, balsamic and salt. Add sausages to sauce and simmer on medium heat until the sausages are cooked through, about 20 minutes.
- Serve with pasta and top with parmesan.
Tips
For a silkier sauce, add one ladle of pasta water during simmer stage.
