Instructions

  1. Cut the sausages into 1 inch chunks and brown them in a large, deep skillet.
  2. Remove the sausages, then add olive oil, onion and ground beef. Cook on medium-high heat until the beef is browned.
  3. Stir in crushed tomatoes, balsamic and salt. Add sausages to sauce and simmer on medium heat until the sausages are cooked through, about 20 minutes.
  4. Serve with pasta and top with parmesan.

Tips

For a silkier sauce, add one ladle of pasta water during simmer stage.
