Crave-worthy ramen eggs become the base for an Asian spin on this traditional American appetizer.

Instructions

  1. Combine soy sauce, balsamic and 1 C water. Marinade peeled eggs 3 hours or overnight, being sure to fully submerge or rotate the eggs so all sides absorb the marinade.
  2. Remove eggs from the marinade and slice in half. Place yolks in a bowl, and set whites on a plate.
  3. To the yolks, add mayonnaise, sesame oil, sriracha, and mustard. Mash with a fork until creamy.
  4. Add filling to each egg white. Garnish with chili crunch seasoning.

Tips

You'll need to marinade the yolks ahead of time, and longer really is better. You can slice the yolks and make the filling ahead of time, but these taste best when they're assembled close to serving time.
