Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray. Place brussels sprouts, apple, and pecans on baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour over brussels sprouts and apple.
  5. Toss well to coat.
  6. Roast about 25-30 mins. Stir halfway through cooking.
