This recipe made my husband love brussels sprouts!
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Add brussels sprouts. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Drain well.
- Transfer cooked brussels sprouts to a baking dish.
- Stir in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20 minutes, stirring once.
