Perfectly Popped!

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp any Olive Oil
  • 1/2 C popcorn kernels
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and 3 test kernels in a thick bottomed pot with the lid on.
  2. When the kernels pop, add the rest of the popcorn.
  3. Cover with the lid, and listen to the popping sounds. When the pops slow to almost a stop, pull the pan off the heat.
  4. Add salt and any other toppings.
