Instructions
- Blend mango and balsamic until smooth. Strain over a pitcher to remove any pulp.
- To the pitcher, add coconut water and the juice of 2 limes. Stir and refrigerate.
- Slice remaining lime into wedges.
- Wipe the rim of each glass with a lime wedge, then dip the moistened edge into margarita salt. Add ice to each glass.
- Pour agua fresca over ice. Serve with a wedge of lime.
