Ingredients

  • 10-12 mint leaves
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice (fresh, preferably)
  • 4-6 ounces lemon-lime soda (alternatively, you can use club soda and simple syrup to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp Honey Ginger Balsamic

Instructions

  1. Place mint leaves in a glass and muddle or use the back of a spoon to crush the leaves against the bottom and sides of the glass to release mint flavor.
  2. Add lime juice and continue to muddle and bruise mint leaves.
  3. Add lemon-lime soda and Honey Ginger White Balsamic. Mix well.
  4. Enjoy!
