- 10-12 mint leaves
- 2 Tbsp lime juice (fresh, preferably)
- 4-6 ounces lemon-lime soda (alternatively, you can use club soda and simple syrup to taste)
- 1 Tbsp Honey Ginger Balsamic
- Place mint leaves in a glass and muddle or use the back of a spoon to crush the leaves against the bottom and sides of the glass to release mint flavor.
- Add lime juice and continue to muddle and bruise mint leaves.
- Add lemon-lime soda and Honey Ginger White Balsamic. Mix well.
