Instructions

  1. Cut squash into 4 rings; discard seeds.
  2. Arrange rings in a single layer on a non-stick cookie sheet.
  3. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
  4. Bake, foil covered, 40 mins at 350 degrees.
  5. In a saucepan combine brown sugar, balsamic, olive oil, and nutmeg. Cook and stir 2-3 mins, till it starts to thicken.
  6. Spoon over squash.
  7. Bake, uncovered, 10 mins or till tender.
